You stick 2 magnetic tabs on the outside of each nostril.

The magnetic strip holds open your nose like you can see below. Which allows you to breathe better through your nose at all times.

How long can i use 1 tab?

It will last you a full day if you don't remove it, otherwise it will lose it's stickyness.

Does anything go inside your nose?

No, the magnets and strip are only placed on the outside of your nose.

Do the tabs fall off easily?

No, once applied even water and sweat can't get them off.

Do i need to keep buying them?

For now, yes. Until we have found a solution that keeps the tabs re-usable.

In the box there are 4 different sizes from small to big. So you can choose which fits you best.
